1. Where do you ship to?
We are launching Chalettboutique.ca for Canadian customers.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.
We offer free standard shipping within Canada for purchases of over $150 CAD, excluding taxes.

After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post Standard Shipping.

3. Can I pick up my order in person?
Free local pick up is available at our Gastown location in Vancouver.
You can choose this option at check out.

You will have 4 days to pick up your order.
If you can’t make it, we will cancel your order and you won’t be charged.
4. How can I know the status of my order?
After your payment is processed, you will receive an email with your order information and tracking number which can be tracked via the Canada Post website.
5. My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?
If you experience any delay in receiving your package, please contact us for assistance at hola@chalettboutique.com
6. What is your Exchange & Return Policy?
- You can return or exchange your purchases online and in-store, within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.
- Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping will not be refunded.
- Items specifically marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange, refund or credit note.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that don’t fulfill this criteria.

7. How long will it take to receive a refund?
Your refund will be issued after your return is received and approved.
After your refund is processed it typically takes 3 - 5 days to receive the payment.
If your refund is taking longer than usual, please contact your bank directly.
